ACQUIRES NEW SITE

Tripoli Pittsburgh has finally cleared the last hold out to their new Launch Site set in Southwest Pennsylvania. This is an acceptable drive from the Cleveland area. Just about all of their launches hold Sundays as Research Days with a standard 14,000 foot waiver. For more information go to www.tripoli-pgh.org and click LAUNCHES in their menu.

WORK SHOP SCHEDULED

Members of Tripoli Pittsburgh have rescheduled their Nose Cone Workshop (canceled in February) to March 6th. Its on a Saturday so more people can attend. Members of NOTRA have attended these in the past and we all seem to be one big family. Plan to attend, it is worth the trip. For more information go to www.tripoli-pgh.org or contact CHRIS.

Skybusters and NOTRA are planning on having a scheduled launch every first and third weekend during the winter. However, since we are many times constrained by weather conditions, please check the web site for cancellations. If you are on the NOTRA list server, you will also receive e-mails about the launches.

ROAD TRIP TO LOC/PRECISION

On March 20th NOTRA Members will meet up with Tripol Pittsburgh Members for a joint Road Trip to the LOC/Precision plant in Barberton. LOC is also home to SKY ANGLE recovery. Here is a chance to purchase those items needed for the 2010 Flying Season. Barry is offering a discount on all items purchased in person. Please remember that this is not a guided tour of the facility, but a chance to visit LOC and SKY ANGLE. Your questions will be answered and we're sure you'll go away with a good LOC relationship.
